This document is an official offer by Fortes LLC to enter into a sale and purchase agreement for the goods presented in the fortes.com.ua online store.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms acceptance of the terms of sale, delivery and payment published on the website. Prices on the website are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia (₴). Availability and the final price are confirmed by a manager while processing the order.

The buyer's personal data is used solely for order processing, in accordance with the privacy policy.
