Delivery
We deliver orders across Europe, including within Ukraine. For international orders, we select the delivery method for the destination country; within Ukraine we use Nova Poshta and other carriers. Oversized tracks travel through cargo branches or freight companies.
While processing the order, a manager confirms the destination country, delivery method, cost and estimated timeframe. We confirm the order only after agreeing these terms with the customer.
Payment
- Bank transfer by invoice (for companies and individuals)
- Cash on delivery — where supported by the carrier and destination country
While processing your request, a manager will agree the available payment and delivery methods with you.
How delivery cost is determined
Nova Poshta publishes its current rates for deliveries within Ukraine.
Nova Post international delivery availability depends on the destination and the cargo accepted for that route.
The delivery price depends on the greater of the actual or volumetric packed weight, as well as the route, service, declared value, and packaging.
We will confirm the delivery cost after checking the packaged weight, dimensions, and destination.
