Privacy policy

Fortes LLC collects and processes personal data (name, phone number, email, delivery address) solely to process orders and communicate with the buyer.

We do not share your data with third parties, except delivery services and only to the extent required to fulfil your order. You may request deletion of your data by emailing info@ftstracks.com.

Cookies and local storage

To recognise repeat sessions from the same public network, the IP is converted only on the server into an irreversible HMAC code. The raw IP is not stored; the code is kept for no more than 30 days, is available only to authorised staff and does not confirm a person’s identity. Shared Wi-Fi may group different people, while a VPN or mobile network may split one person’s sessions.

After you consent, the site keeps a pseudonymous first-party session for up to 30 days to understand how visitors find products and where they stop: the first landing page, referring domain, limited UTM source, medium and campaign labels, stages such as page or product view, search or product picker, cart, checkout, enquiry or order, an approximate network-derived country and city, and a broad device type (mobile, tablet or desktop). Country and city are approximate: a VPN or mobile carrier can affect the result. The log does not store the raw IP address, full User-Agent, precise coordinates, contact form fields, search phrases, the full query string or other query parameters except those UTM labels. Only authorised staff can access this data.

If you reject, funnel collection does not start. A successful enquiry or order may be linked to an existing enquiry or order record. Enquiry contact details and order financial records follow their respective retention policy. On withdrawal, the site immediately sends a request to delete the pseudonymous session, its events and funnel/acquisition fields on linked records, but not the contact or financial records themselves; if the network is unavailable, any remainder is automatically deleted within 30 days.

This site uses no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. For the shop to work, your browser stores: fortes_market — the selected sales region (12 months), fortes_market_hint — the country detected by IP for the region hint (1 day), fortes_market_hint_dismissed — a dismissed hint (30 days), NEXT_LOCALE — the interface language (until the browser closes) and fortes_consent — your cookie choice (12 months). After consent, the browser tab also stores a pseudonymous analytics-session identifier.

Your browser's local storage keeps the cart, the wishlist, the contact details used at checkout and an anonymous device identifier that lets you see your own order history. The first-party analytics described above starts only after you agree; any future advertising or third-party cookies would also require consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page, and clear the stored data through your browser.
