How do I find the right track for my machine?

The size is usually molded on the inner side of the track in the format: Width (mm) × Pitch (mm) × Number of links. You can also use the brand-and-model finder on the home page — or simply give us a call.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on the country, address and shipping method. For an international order, a manager confirms the estimate before the order is confirmed. Within Ukraine, Nova Poshta delivery usually takes 1–3 days after dispatch.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. Construction tracks are covered for 12 months; agricultural tracks are covered for 36 months (3 years).

Can I pay on delivery?

Payment on delivery is available only for destinations and carriers that support it. A manager confirms the available payment method while processing the order; payment by invoice is also available.
