Frequently asked questions

How do I find the right track for my machine?

Use the finder on the home page: pick the machine type, manufacturer and model — the system will show compatible tracks with prices and stock. If your model isn't listed, leave a request and our engineer will match the size manually from the marking on your old track (width × pitch × number of links).

How much is delivery and how fast do you ship?

We ship tracks for construction and agricultural machinery throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta. We currently deliver only agricultural tracks to Europe; construction tracks are not yet available for delivery to Europe while we establish our European warehouse. Delivery costs depend on weight, destination and carrier rates. European delivery times and terms are agreed individually before ordering.

What warranty do the tracks come with?

Construction machinery tracks come with a 12-month warranty. Agricultural tracks come with 36 months (3 years). Every batch is checked against the technical specifications before dispatch.

How do I pay for an order?

After you send a request, a manager confirms availability, the final price and the available payment method before fulfilment.

What if the track tears or doesn't fit?

A manager confirms warranty, exchange and return terms for your destination before ordering. The page language does not create a separate return policy.

We work from a warehouse in Vyshneve and ship orders by Nova Poshta across all of Ukraine.

How to find your track

The fastest way is the machine-model finder on this page: pick the machine type, manufacturer and model, and the system will show compatible sizes with prices and stock. If you know the marking on your old track (e.g. 300x52.5x84 — width in millimetres, link pitch and number of links), just type it into the search. In tricky cases, send a photo of the marking to a manager — an engineer will match an equivalent for free.
