How do I find the right track for my machine?
Use the finder on the home page: pick the machine type, manufacturer and model — the system will show compatible tracks with prices and stock. If your model isn't listed, leave a request and our engineer will match the size manually from the marking on your old track (width × pitch × number of links).
How much is delivery and how fast do you ship?
We ship by Nova Poshta across Ukraine. In-stock items from our Vyshneve warehouse are dispatched the same day or the next business day. Delivery cost depends on the track weight and the carrier's rates.
What warranty do the tracks come with?
Construction machinery tracks come with a 12-month warranty. Agricultural tracks come with 36 months (3 years). Every batch is checked against the technical specifications before dispatch.
How do I pay for an order?
We work without online payment: you send the order, a manager contacts you to confirm it and issues an invoice. Payment — by bank transfer for companies and sole traders, or another convenient method by arrangement.
Are there discounts for regular and wholesale customers?
Yes. Complete your profile in the account area to get a permanent 3% discount on all orders. Farms and companies with machine fleets get individual wholesale terms — ask your manager.
What if the track tears or doesn't fit?
If the size doesn't fit — contact your manager and we'll arrange an exchange. Warranty claims are reviewed based on photos of the damage and the track marking; if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we replace the set.
